Real Links is a software-as-a-service company. If you have been using our mobile app, it will be because we work with your employer to support employee referrals, brand advocacy and/or internal mobility at your organisation. The same mobile app supports many companies.

How to request deletion

To have your account deleted, the instructions will vary depending on the organisation that you work for.

• Open the app.
• Navigate to the Your Profile page.

• Scroll down to find the “Delete your account” instructions.

What do we delete?

• All personally identifiable data we hold will be deleted, including:
  • name
  • email address
  • phone number
  • job title
  • organisational data (department, location, etc.)
  • IP address
  • the answers to any custom questions your organisation has set as part of the onboarding flow.

What data will we retain?

• We will retain anonymised activity logs of activity within the platform, including pages viewed and jobs/content shared, in accordance with the data sharing agreement between Real Links and your organisation.
